1. Introduction
- 1.1 Preface
Welcome to our forum - also known as the "GTA 6 Forum" -, your fan community dedicated to the upcoming Grand Theft Auto VI.
Before you register, please take the time to read our following Terms of Use carefully and accept them at the end after the countdown below has expired.

If you do not agree with one or more points of this Privacy Policy, please strictly refrain from registering. - 1.3 Questions about the Terms
Should you have questions about one or more conditions or if something is unclear, please do not hesitate to contact us, preferably via our ticket system. - 1.4 Systematic Exploitation of Loopholes
If individual points are not explicitly listed in the conditions, it is still not permitted to exploit them.

This is an unofficial fan community. We have no commercial or organizational affiliation with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or their subsidiaries.
All mentioned brands and trademarks (such as "Grand Theft Auto", "GTA") are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for identification and discussion purposes.
2. General Terms of Use
- 2.1 General
Every user must adhere to the rules. Likewise, friendly interaction, as well as a reasonable writing style and an appropriate tone, is expected from everyone. Discussions are encouraged, but care must always be taken to ensure they remain objective and friendly. - 2.2 Updates to the Terms
Changes to the Terms of Use will be announced in a separate topic.
Renewed active consent will be obtained if significant changes to the content are made. This does not apply if merely wording or sentences are restructured without significantly changing the meaning or context. - 2.3 User Account
Each user is permitted to create only one account. It is prohibited to create multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
If multiple persons live in one household and consequently share an IP address, a ticket must be written via our ticket system immediately after registration at the latest, stating the usernames and email addresses; otherwise, our system will automatically ban these accounts after a certain period.
Misleading, offensive, or trademark-infringing usernames are impermissible. The administration may reject any username at its own discretion and demand an immediate name change.
Non-compliance will result in the user accounts being banned. - 2.4 Admissible Age
Registration is only permitted if the user has reached the age of 18, as some topics discussed here are intended for adults only.
At the end of these conditions, a query takes place which must be answered truthfully.
In justified cases of suspicion, the site operator reserves the right to request appropriate proof of age, which will be deleted immediately after verification. We store no ID data whatsoever.
If this proof is not provided upon request, a precautionary ban of the user account will occur. - 2.5 Email Address during Registration
Registration is only possible with a valid email address at which the user can be reached.
It is prohibited to use temporary "disposable" email addresses (trash mail), as otherwise important emails, such as for the "Forgot Password" function, cannot be sent, creating additional workload for us.
Administrators may require a change of the provided email address if it causes problems; the user will then be informed separately.
Non-compliance may result in the account being banned. - 2.6 Account Security via WebAuthn/Passkeys
We offer additional, optional possibilities to secure your user account.
Use of these functions is fundamentally at your own risk. In the event of misuse or loss of access methods, there is a risk of permanently losing access to your user account.
We can only restore access to the account if we can unequivocally verify its owner. - 2.7 Unauthorized Advertising
It is not permitted to post third-party advertising in any form for your own or other projects/websites or to display these visibly in your profile.
This includes, among other things, profile functions such as avatars, signatures, or similar. Should this be noticed, the affected user will first be requested to modify the content.
Posting such content in the form of topics and posts is also not permitted and will be penalized with immediate deletion.
The administration reserves the right to independently remove content from the affected profile. Repeated violations may lead to exclusion from the community. - 2.8 Illegal Content
Complementary to point 2.7, this also applies to all illegal content, such as copyright-protected file attachments without permission, links to dubious sites, etc.
Supporters, Moderators, and Administrators will delete corresponding content and sanction the user.
3. Creation of Topics and Posts
- 3.1 Topics
When creating topics, please ensure that the topic does not already exist in a similar form (please use the search function).
Duplicate posting is not permitted.
When choosing a headline, ensure it is as expressive and concise as possible. Unnecessary emojis or sequences of CAPSLOCK should be avoided.
- 3.2 Posts
It is not permitted to post multiple contributions directly one after another (double posting). There must always be at least one post by another user in between. Please use the "Edit" function as an alternative.
Spam in any form is prohibited and will be penalized.
Posts must be relevant to the topic (On-Topic). - 3.3 Separate Conditions in Subforums
Separate conditions may apply to individual subforums, which can be found there as a pinned topic.
Please note this when creating topics and posts. - 3.4 Use of AI (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, etc.)
In the interest of transparency, it must be indicated in every topic and post if texts were created with the help of AI.
It is sufficient to add in italics "This text was created with the help of AI" or similar.
The same applies incidentally to AI-generated images.
We explicitly advocate for freely written texts. Obviously AI-generated content without labeling may be deleted.
4. Rule Violations
- 4.1 Warnings & Sanctions
Moderators and Administrators can issue warnings if the Terms of Use are violated.
A point system exists: Upon reaching a certain threshold, a sanction is automatically triggered by our system.
Every user has the right to appeal a warning if they believe it to be unjustified.
The final decision on appeals lies with the Administrators. - 4.2 Deletion of Topics & Posts
The team has the ability to delete or move topics and posts to maintain forum order.
If a topic or post is deleted, this is generally done with a reason provided. - 4.3 Circumvention of Warnings & Sanctions
Circumventing active warnings and sanctions (e.g., by creating new accounts) is strictly prohibited and leads to permanent exclusion. - 4.4 Exclusion from the Community
Exclusions can be carried out by an Administrator or automatically by the warning system.
The operator exercises virtual house rights.
There is no legal claim to membership or use of the platform.
5. Miscellaneous & Legal
- 5.1 Role of Team Members
Users in the Administrator, Moderator, and Supporter groups exercise house rights on behalf of the operator. They are exempt from technical restrictions (e.g., double posts for organizational purposes) but are otherwise fundamentally subject to the current Terms of Use. - 5.2 Rejection of the Terms of Use
If the conditions are rejected at the query, use of the forum is not possible.
In the event of accidental rejection, the affected person can report via the contact form/ticket system, as the account is automatically locked by our system. - 5.3 Rights of Use and Account Deletion
Users can initiate the deletion of their user account at any time independently in the settings.
By writing topics and posts, the user grants the forum operator a simple, non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide right of use to this content in order to make it publicly accessible in the forum.
A claim for deletion of the created public posts generally does not exist after termination of membership (Art. 17 Para. 3 Letter a GDPR) in order to preserve the context of discussions.
Exceptions to this are personal data (e.g., real names, phone numbers, private photos). Should such data be contained in topics and posts, please report this via ticket for separate deletion with the corresponding link so that we can find this content faster. - 5.4 Disclaimer of Liability & Forum Availability
The operator assumes no guarantee for the constant availability of the forum. Downtimes due to technical problems or maintenance work do not justify any claims.
No liability is assumed for the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the content provided by users. Each user is solely responsible for their published content. - 5.5 Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after the conclusion of the contract, the validity of the remaining Terms of Use shall remain unaffected.
